1) By Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
You may transfer the payment to any of our (TRY) accounts at Akbank, Finansbank, Garanti Bankası, T. İş Bankası, and Yapı Kredi Bankası.
2) By Credit Card via Our Website
You may make an online single payment with any credit card or benefit from Akbank’s online installment options. For online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of your order. In case of possible order cancellation or stock issues, refunds to your credit card will be made within 3 business days.
3) Order Refund
In the event that your order is cancelled for any reason; İDEALL MAKİNE OTOMASYON SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ will refund the product amount to your bank account and/or credit card within three business days. However, you are required to provide your bank account information and/or credit card details accurately and completely to our company’s finance authorities.
4) Delivery
We strive to deliver your ordered products to the cargo company on the same day. For products that require longer procurement time, the cargo delivery period is 3 business days as stated in the product details. You will be informed in case of possible delivery delays.
To ensure uninterrupted delivery, please provide the address where you will be present during the day as the delivery address.
Your requests will be processed according to the delivery type you selected at the end of the order. Products will be shipped from our Istanbul-based company via XXXXXXXX cargo company. After your orders are confirmed, they will be delivered to the cargo company within a maximum of 2 (two) business days.
You may consult our customer representative regarding alternative delivery conditions. Cargo deliveries are valid only within Türkiye.
5) Payment Tracking
If the system cannot complete the transaction due to any issue, our visitor will be informed at the end of the payment page.
If there is any error in the specified address and the order cannot be delivered, the person who placed the order will be contacted.
The validity of the e-mail address provided by our visitor is confirmed through an automatic e-mail sent after the order is received.
We are responsible not only to the customer but also to the bank whose credit card system we use regarding the completion of the delivery.
Please Note!
If you believe that the package has been damaged during shipment, open and check it in the presence of the delivery company officer. If you think the product is damaged, do not accept the delivery and request the cargo company to prepare a damage report.
Once the product is received, it is considered that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty properly.
If the product is damaged: Please send the damage report you prepared as soon as possible to fax number 0 (338) 202 01 06 and inform us via e-mail at m.isikci@ideallmakine.com.
Once you complete these procedures, we will initiate the necessary actions regarding your package and ensure re-delivery as soon as possible.
If you briefly explain in your e-mail why you wish to return the product, it will assist us in improving our processes regarding the product.
